This attractive Royal Worcester cup and saucer dates from 1910 and features a hand painted dark blue border overlaid with hand gilding and hand coloured roses. The pattern number is W 6153. It is excellent condition apart from some minor loss of the gilding on the rim of both the cup and the saucer.

This boxed set of a letter opener and seal is made of gilt bronze and signed by G A Chenus. Both pieces are decorated with the leaves and blossoms of an Australian eucalypt tree done with vigour and style. The very fine detail shows the ribs of the leaves and the stamens of the flowers. This stoneware hunting jug is decorated with several well defined and crisply moulded applied sprigs of trees, topers and a fox hunting scene around the base. It stands 186mm high, with a grooved strap handle and a handle terminal found at the likes of the Mortlake and Vauxhall potteries. It has a buff base and a brown dip glaze to the top. This Susie Cooper milk jug and sugar bowl are decorated with the Keystone pattern (pattern C2131 issued in May 1968) in matt black. The height of the milk jug is 63mm. There is a small, very shallow chip to the base of the jug that is ex-factory as it has been covered in the glaze. There is also a small scratch to the decoration on the jug which is just visible in the photo.It dates from 1968-70 from her time at Wedgwood.

This very attractive Spode felspar porcelain platter is decorated with the Japan or Imari pattern 3955. This pattern was introduced in 1824 and this piece would date from 1824-33. It is 403mm long, 320mm wide and stands 48mm high. It is in very, very good condition with only minimal loss of the gilding and a very few faint scratches to the central well. Spode's Felspar Porcelain is really a bone china with some of the Cornish stone replaced by feldspar.....refer "Spode and Copeland Marks" page 1...

This Copeland & Garrett hand painted bowl features a central scene by the Copeland and Garret artist/gilder Mansfield, of Loch Achray, surrounded by an apple green ground. Mansfield was at Copeland and Garrett from around 1849 to 1860. The four raised decorative mouldings to the rim have been gilded. The pattern number is 5726 and is recorded in the Special Order reference books in the Spode archives.
