This Georgian tea caddy is veneered with a geometric pattern done with rosewood and boxwood to create a very striking item. Internally the lids to the two compartments are also veneered with rosewood and boxwood and the compartments have retained a lot of the original zinc lining. Possibly by the Yorkshire factory of Rockingham, this porcelain spill vase has been decorated with gilding and a hand painted scene of two cherubs cavorting on a cloud. The reverse features a spray of two roses and some bluebells. It stands 112 mm (4.5 inches) high, with a diameter of 57 mm (2.25 inches) at the top, whilst the foot has a diameter of 69 mm (2.75 inches). It is in very good condition, but does have some very faint crazing. C 1830.

This very finely potted porcelain cup was made by the Rathbone factory of Tunstall, Staffordshire. It has been decorated with a bat printed rural scene of two women walking down a road near a herd of cattle. In the middle distance is a large house and further back is the steeple of a church. The piece is further enhanced with silver lustre to the rim and handle, with a silver lustre line to the inside and another outside near the base. This papier mache snuff box is decorated with a hand painted portrait of a well dressed lady of the early nineteenth century. Possibly by Stobwasser of Brunswick in Germany it measures 90 mm (3.5 inches) in diameter and stands 20 mm (.75 inch) high. The base has sustained a little bit of damage with a chip to the inner rim that runs for 25 mm ( 1 inch) and some minor chips to the bottom rim. C 1820.

This Spode blue and white comport, or footed bowl, would have originally been part of an extensive dessert set. The transfer printed pattern is entitled "Net" and the shape is the "Devonia" shape. It measures 310 mm (12.25 inches) in width, 230 mm (9 inches) in depth and stands 110 mm (4.25 inches) high. The colouring is still quite striking and it is in very good condition apart from a shallow flake taken from the rim and reglued. It measures 18 mm (.75 inch) in length. C 1820.

Possibly by Coalport, this porcelain coffee can and saucer are decorated with a wide blue band to the rim which serves as a background to a gilt pattern of leaves and tendrils. Below this is a frieze of gilt tassels. There are sixteen flutes to the body of the cup, which stands 62 mm (2.5 inches) high and has a diameter of 70 mm (2.75 inches). There is some wear to the gilding, particularly in the centre of the saucer and to the rim of the cup. C1800.

This Spode lidded broth bowl on stand is decorated with the hand coloured chinoiserie pattern 2117. The bowl has a diameter of 106 mm (4.25 inches) and stands 100 mm (4 inches) high including the lid. The stand or saucer has a diameter of 158 mm (6.25 inches). The fluted body of this Derby hand painted and gilded trio is decorated with pattern 126 - sitting between two gilt lines there is a continuous line of dark blue ovals, each inside a gilt frame, and alternating with gilt diamonds. There is some very minor loss of gilding to the coffee cup and the saucer, whilst there is a bit more wear to the tea cup, which was obviously used more. There is also a hairline crack to the saucer. Marked with the puce Derby mark, this trio dates from around 1790.

This late Georgian reel holder is veneered in mahogany and has a single full depth drawer.It stands on four ball feet and is 233 mm (9.5 inches) high to the top of the reel posts. The width is 147 mm (5.75 inches), and the depth is 186 mm ( 7.25 inches). It has retained its original patina. The reels are supported on thick copper wire. There are several names written in pencil on the sides and bottom of the drawer-perhaps previous owners. C 1780.
