This good quality glass bowl has been decorated with enameling and wheel cutting. The back of the bowl has had a thin layer of amber glass applied to it, which was then acid etched to make the frosted frieze for the hand enameled scene, and the base has been wheel engraved to make the fine geometric pattern. It measures 288 mm (11 3/8 inches) and stands 42 mm (1.65 inches) high. There are some very faint scratches to the back, but they are not particularly noticeable.
