Standing 312mm high, this pair of electroplated candlesticks demonstrate the superb quality of the Elkington factory. The intricacy and detail are shown in the fine casting and the silver plating is in wonderful condition. The quality is shown further by the weight-each one weighs just over 1.1 kgs. On the rims under the lift out sconces is stamped the model number 9765. The Elkington stamp is punched into the foot of each one together with the date letter T for 1858.
