It is unmarked but carries the fractional number 2/2342. There is an illustration of this shape in Geoffrey Godden's "Ridgway Porcelains". C 1830.

There is an illustration of the jug in plate 134 of Geoffrey Godden's "Ridgway Porcelains". Although it is unmarked it carries the fractional number 2/2342 which places the date around 1830.

This delightful pair of six sided Royal Crown Derby porcelain vases feature hand painted roses and swags on a pale yellow ground, with the mounts between the panels picked out in blue. The panels are separated with gilding and there is more gilding to the top. They stand 100mm high. Their condition is very good. One vase has a faint scratch, there is some very minor loss of gilding to the rim and there is a very small piece of the rim that has been damaged but gilded over, possibly ex factory...
