Antique Ironstone Blue Transferware Pitcher in the Lucerne Pattern

We like to keep plenty of blue transferware on hand because its lilting vibrance brings cheer to any room in which it is placed. This Staffordshire pitcher was made by Joseph Clementson in the Lucerne pattern from 1839-1864. It is a paneled hexagonal vessel decorated in the round and having a decorated foot. The angular handle is applied. The underside bears the backstamp of Lucerne JC Granite Ware.
Condition This pitcher is in excellent antique condition. It does have very minor production or glazing defects, and very fine crazing.
Dimensions: 7.25" w, 6.25" d, 12.25" h
