Vintage splendor awaits you when you take home these 4 colored Pyrex nesting opalware bowls from the 1950s. The blue, red, green and yellow bowls evoke the days of Howdy Doody, Elvis, and pink Cadillacs.
The volumes are 1 1/2 pint, 1 1/2 quarts, 2 1/2 quarts, and 4 quarts. The 3 larger bowls do not have the well known 401-404 model number present on so many of these bowls, telling us that they are from the 1940s and rather rare. The small blue bowl is marked 401, meaning that it is a marriage.
The condition of these bowls is good to excellent. The blue bowl has the most scratches of which we show a close-up. The red bowl has fewer while the green and yellow bowls are almost scratch free.
