A blue and white parian pitcher with raised oak leaves and acorns and a “branch” handle and spout. The oak portions in white against a textured blue painted ground. Marked on the underside with the U.S. Pottery Company ribbon mark with “No. 16.” and the number 12. This mark used in the 1850’s. 8 5/8 inches tall and 6 ¾ inches across handle and spout.

Condition: no chips or repairs, but a crack in the base of the handle.

A pair of Mason's Patent Ironstone China plates circa 1820 in the "Chinese Wall" pattern with Under glaze blue and over glaze enamels with gilt highlights on the green border and the dots on the wall which is painted with different color blocks. The mark, “Mason’s Patent Ironstone China" is impressed in a single line on the back of the plates. Diameter is approx. 9 inches (22.9 cm).

Pair of ironstone plates with chinoiserie decoration of flowering plants with a flower border and thin blue printed scallop border. Back marked with an elaborate blue printed mark of a crown over what looks like a log with a garland of flowers and a ribbon with the words, "TONQUIN CHINA." The pattern number '500' is written in orange on both plates. The factory is unidentified. Diameter 8 1/2 inches (21.5 cm).

A pair of candlesticks with a dark blue ground decorated with gilt insects and raised beaded rings. Though unmarked this is a color and decoration that was made by Masons from about 1815 to 1825. 8 inches tall and 5 inches diameter at the base. (20 cm tall and 13 cm diameter at base).

Condition: No chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Gilding wear around edges and some scratches around the base, probably from scraping off wax.

A pair of Ironstone plates with Chinese style decoration of a willow tree, a Chinese fence and flowers. With a lobed edge they have an elaborate border between the rim and the center of the plate. A Staffordshire punch bowl decorated with both freehand painting and the transfer of the Chinese ladies and part of the fence in the center of the bowl. The border and the four sprays that decorate the outside of the bowl are all hand painted, as is the pink lustre mountain behind the ladies. The decoration is bright and cheerful. 9 ½ inches diameter, 4 ½ inches tall.

A transfer printed, hand colored and gilt large mug with Japanese inspired patterns on two sides, an elaborate decoration on the inside rim and a brown edge at the top. Blue printed mark on the bottom. The body is hand thrown, but the handle is molded. Circa 1820. 4 5/8 (12 cm) tall 5 1/8 (13 cm) diameter body, with handle 7 inches (18 cm) diameter.

A Furstenberg hard paste porcelain cup and saucer decorated with bands and sprigs of sepia and black flowers with gilt rims and highlights. Both pieces are marked with an underglaze script F and a number (9). The arched handle is typical of early 19th century tea wares. The style continued in the middle of the century, though this style of sepia decoration is more usual in the earlier part of the century. Saucer 5 ½ inches (14 cm) diameter, cup 2 ¾ inches (7 cm) tall.

A very high quality mahogany drop leaf table with turned legs and stretchers with a shaped apron at either end. The three boards, one for the top and one for each leaf are well matched single boards. Excellent proportion and a nice small size. 27 ½ tall X 28 ¾ long X 11 ½ wide in inches. With the leaves up 31 ½ inches wide.

Condition; minor repairs including the replacement of one of the feet. There is an old breakout at one of the joints. Good old finish.
