An unmounted Japanese three-part woodblock print titled, Townspeople Watching the Noh play Okina in Edo Castle, 1889. The artist is Toyoharu or Yoshu Chikanobu (1838-1912). The work depicts the staging of the Noh play with a fairly boisterous looking crowd of townspeople and a group of Samurai and notables seated quietly.
