A large, highly decorative, antique Chinese wall vase which shows a jar, with a frontal clock and two rams heads, that is filled with lotus flowers, leafs, pods and buds. The vase and its contents are potted from non-porcelain pottery clay and fired at a low temperature. The front of the vase is colored with over-glaze enamels. The back is not glazed and has one hole for hanging it on a wall. There is an opening into the vase behind the lotus leafs which can hold additional flowers or chop sticks. The vase measures about 8 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" wide and dates to the early 1900's. The condition is very good with no repairs or losses. There is a small crack on the upper left corner of the inner vase, and one chip on the back of one lotus petal. The asking price includes shipping within the USA.
