Featuring an unusual and lovely antique, art nouveau style, Fukagawa studio porcelain pitcher with wonderful bold orange poppies, bud, green pod, blue leaves, interesting border on one side, and stylized dragon handle. Stamped with under glaze blue orchid mark. Dates to the late 19th century. Gold border on rim, as well as touches on dragon handle, and outlines of leaves and flowers. Excellent condition. No chips, cracks, dings, damages or restorations. Very slight wear to soft gold, indicating age. Measures 5 1/4" tall to top of handle x 3" deep at base, opening is 2.5" and 4 1/8" from spout to end of handle. Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition, within 3 days of receipt and the way it was packed/sent.
