Featuring an excellent 4 3/4" tall 19th century German Meissen Chinoiserie figurine of a woman, dressed in 2 piece tunic style costume, holding a bell in one hand and pointing at something with the other. The facial details, with Chinese influence(Watteau), and hair are very carefully painted as is her 2 piece costume with gilded and wine colored flowers. Her hands/fingers are all in tact with no restorations! Cross swords blue underglaze mark, dating 2nd to 3rd quarter of the 19th century. Also, impressed numbers and red mark, possibly signature of artist. This came out of a great local estate where only the best was had. There are no chips, cracks damages, restorations whatsoever and it is in perfect condition. It is amazing that this figurine has survived all these years in such great condition.
