Featuring a wonderful pair of Japanese bight apple green jade screwback(could easily be converted to pierced) earrings in the shape of a Japanese fan. Bought in Japan after WWII from aristocratic estate.The exceptional quality of this jade may boarder on the quality of imperial jade. Fairly translucent jade with some mottling. Many items bought in Japan at this time came from royal families. Stamped 14k on each. The size of each earring varies from the other a bit, since they were hand made to suit the jade pieces. Very unusual and rare and guaranteed authentic. Date c. 1920. Never offered since bought after WWII. Measure approximately 1/2" both ways with mounting, one being a bit smaller.Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition within 3 days of having received it.
