These charming, profusely illustrated books consist entirely of woodblock prints on creped paper bound with ties and glue. Hasegawa employed some of the best woodblock print artists of the era - in this case, Arai Yoshimune.
Medium: Woodblock prints.
Condition: Front and rear covers have slight foxing. Interior pages are clean with excellent color. There are round pressure indentations in the paper as shown in our last photos.
A rare and beautifully illustrated calendar book.
