A Chinese porcelain dish decorated with under glazed cobalt, famille verte enamel, and gilt. Kangxi period. Condition: there is a repaired 1/2" long shallow chip on the rim, please see photos #4 and #5 for the inside and outside views of the repair; there are a few other very tiny glaze flakes on the rim and have been repaired, a newer layer of gilt was applied to the rim. Diameter: 9".

A very nice blue and white vase from Kangxi period, Qing Dynasty. There is a kiln crack inside the foot rim, and a few small chips on the foot rim and the top rim; The neck of the vase was professionally restored - it is basically not noticeable from outside of the vase, but one can feel the joint with his finger inside the vase. sold as is. Height: 8".

A brown-glazed bowl made for the purpose of grinding ink or mineral pigment for painting. Ming or early Qing Dynasty. The bowl is in excellent condition with a production flaw(a chip) on the bottom. Diameter: 5"; height: 2".

The motif of an elephant with a vase on its back has an auspicious meaning of "peaceful times (taiping youxiang 太平有象 - when there is peace, there are signs)". This motif was popular in Qing Dynasty, we date this one to 19th century. The elephant is in perfect condition. Length:9-1/2"; height: 9-1/2".

A well potted rouleau vase finely decorated with famille verte enamel, depicting Zhongkui gathering with his younger sister in a garden, not far from them under a sycamore tree, a goblin is taking care of Zhongkui's nephew. Late 19th century, Guangxu period. The vase is in excellent condition, the only flaw is some old chips inside the foot rim. Height: 43 cm.

A Chinese gilt lacquered bronze Guanyin from Ming Dynasty. Condition: lacquer and metal loses, there is only part of the reddish-gold lacquer still remains on the surface. A porcelain water coupe with Langyao glaze, the color of the glaze is various due to the kiln fire temperature from different side. Kangxi period. Condition: chips and grinding on foot rim; there are two missed-glaze spots on the rim. No other flaws other than these. Please see photos for details. Body width: 5-1/4"(13.5cm)

A large porcelain barbed bowl decorated with flowers, birds, fingered citrons, bamboo and other motifs with famille rose enamel and gilt in Imary style. 18th century, Kangxi period. Condition: glaze scratches, enamel and gilt losings; rim glaze bursts as commonly seen on Kangxi wares, plus a few small glaze chips on the rim and one very short kiln crack. A massive white glazed porcelain vase decorated with gourds, grapes, pomegranates and other auspicious motifs in high relief techniques. A six characters "Daqing Guanxu Nianzhi" seal mark is inscribed on the shoulder, and of the period. Condition: losses; minor kiln faults. A nicely carved Chinese nephrite pendant in a "Pixiu" shape. The nephrite is of very nice quality. There are some russet and dark intrusions mainly on one side of the pendant, this hints that the original material could be part of a jade pebble. We date the pendant to be early 20th century. A pair of Chinese famille rose bowls, decorated with gourd and butterfly motifs on green grounds. Gourds and butterflies together have an auspicious hidden meaning of "Guadie Mianmian (瓜瓞绵绵)” - may there be ceaseless generations of sons and grandsons. There are six character "Daqing jiaqing nianzhi" marks inside the foot rims, and of the period. Condition: nearly perfect condition,the only flaw is one tiny chip on the rim.
