This vintage exquisite bronze sculpture of an elegant female figure wearing a draped dress and long slender arms is holding a parrot with long curved tail feather. A rich brown patina throughout and attached on a dark-green marble base, signed. The artist known for his Art Deco bronzes lived in France. The sculptor Demétre Chiparus was born in Romania and lived in France (1886-1947)
