A man's cloth or beti by the Atoin meto people from West Timor, woven in three parts and sewn together lengthways. In the middle an antromorph pattern in warp ikat, both ends with fringes. Condition: good, faded, some stains. Dimension without fringes: 173 cm x 108 cm.

Coarse cotton fabric painted and printed with two leopards. These cloths were used in Afghanistan for a special hunting technique of partridges. A complete set of four Japanese woodblock prints in the original presentation folder by Sadanobu III Hasegawa (1881-1963), published around 1950 by Uchida.
