The ground fabric of this man's garment is a light, greyish silk damask with stylized endless knot pattern. The front overlap closing is fastened with five pierced gilt metal ball buttons. Trimmed with black silk and a woven border, the straight sleeves with light blue cuffs showing the same pattern like the ground fabric. Condition: allover irregularly faded (the robe was presented in a showcase for a very long time), partial little staining and a tiny hole, section of the neck with wear, possibly shortened. Dimension: cuff to cuff: 122.5 cm, 124 cm high.
