Two green glazed Shekwan / Shiwan jars, probably late 19th century. Both with molded decoration of flower sprigs and a ruyi border. Jars like these were placed on either side of a grave as offerings, one containing rice and the other water. Height "3 ½ / 9 cm, diameter "4 and 4 ½ / 10 and 11 cm respectively. Condition: fine. Three small so-called Kitchen Qing jars with under-glaze blue decoration of sweet pea vines and flowers. Probably used as medicine bottles, 19th century. Height "2 – 2¼/ 5,3 – 6,1 cm. Condition: fine.

Syllabub or custard cup (or pot de crème) in the shape of a bud or a fruit within relief moulded, stylized scale leaves. The lid modelled as a small Mandarin cap. Decorated with European style flowers and gilt borders. Late Qianlong. Cf Swedish publications Gyllenswärd (1977) p. 133 and Wirgin (1998) p. 19, where the same border is depicted and dated to 1784, ordered for the Swedish King.
