Makers mark AMS for Arvo and Maria Saarela, the Swedish silver hallmark (three crowns and an S, for a silver content of 830 / 1000), year mark O9 for 1964. ORNO was an artisan group or cooperative, founded in Warsaw in 1949 and important in the post-war development of Polish jewelry design.
