Victorian gold pendant, carefully wrought to resemble a gnarled piece of wood - an example of the naturalistic style often seen in jewelry of the 1860's and 70's. With impressed 14K mark and probably made in England. Height (without the hoop) "1 ½ / 4.1 cm, weight 5.8 grams. The black velvet ribbon on the photos is included in the price. Condition: fine. A blue and white English tea bowl, c 1750, probably by Bow. Painted in blurred blue with a version of the Rock Warbler pattern, and with slightly flaring upper rim. Diameter "3/ 7,5 cm, height "1½/ 4 cm. Condition: two small rim chips, as seen in photo.

Two Georgian bucket bowl port or small wine glasses with panel-cut cups and stems, English, c 1800. One a little heavier than the other and with the pontil mark deep into the glass and partly visible, whereas to the other glass the pontil mark is polished flat. Height "4/ 10 cm. Condition: fine.

An English Staffordshire bowl and a bread or cake plate, part of an early 19th century tea set. Decoration in blue, beige and gilt of flower garlands and ribbons. Diameter of bowl "6 ¼ /16 cm, of plate "8 ½/ 22 cm, height of bowl "3 ¼/ 8 cm. Condition: some exterior glaze cracks to the lower part of bowl.

Blue and white sparrow beak milk or cream jug and lid transfer printed in two rows with a Chinoiserie pattern. Unmarked, English, c 1790. Height including lid "6 ¼ / 16 cm. Condition: the jug with two hairlines, the lid with star crack and rim frits (cf. pics).

Elegant English Staffordshire cache-pot / flower pot by Shorthose or Enoch Wood, in imitation of Wedgwood’s purple jasperware. Decoration of classical groups and grape vines against a dark purple lustre background, the upper rim a lighter shade over shell-shaped mock ring handles. Around 1830. Height: "3 ¾ /10 cm. A large and very decorative press molded and marbled glass shell, purple and (greenish) white with. Mouth blown in the mould, with the rough pontil mark on the bottom side. English, possibly by Davidson & Co, c 1880. Height "3 1/4/ 8 cm, width 5 "¼/13,5 cm. Condition: fine.

A Grainger/Worcester small bulbous vase, hand painted with cowslip flowers and sprigs on a light green ground. Imprinted marks for Grainger / Worcester, pattern number G 161 and year mark D for 1893. Height "2 ¾/ 7 cm, width "3¼/ 8 cm. Condition: fine.

Large and beautiful ironstone beer tankard or mug, with molded or sprigged decoration of hops – looking rather like blackberries - in blue and white on a drab coloured background. England, c 1820-30, in the Wedgwood jasperware style. Height "4¾/ 12 cm, diameter "5¼/ 13,5 cm. Condition: fine.

An early Troika vase or marmalade pot, ca 1970. Of square shape, relief decorated, the matted glaze in purple, black and orange, the inside white glazed. Troika was a group of three art potters, based in St Ives. Troika pieces were sold through Liberty of London. A pair of Staffordshire soup plates, transfer printed in blue in the Willow pattern, c 1820 or somewhat earlier, no foot rims and probably Spode. Both pearlware, with variation in thickness and pattern. Diameter "9 ¼ / 23.5 and 24 cm, height of both "1 ½ / 4 cm. Condition: the smaller plate with a nick to the rim (cf. pics).

Blue and white tea bowl with scalloped rim and pagoda decoration, Qianlong c 1760-80. Interestingly, the Chinese decorator has made an abrupt cut in the mountainous landscape scene (cf. picture 3) so as to give an impression of a printed pattern, the way it is sometimes seen on early English - competitive - transferware where this of course always was a mistake due to this new technology. Unusual. Height 2" / 5 cm. Condition: minimal chip to outer rim.

English blue and white transfer printed plate by Clews, Staffordshire, c 1820. Clews (1818-1834) produced patterns with motifs intended for the American market. This pattern in a soft blue shade, however, is of a guide demonstrating some Italian classical ruins to a lady traveller seated on a donkey, all viewed as from inside a grotto. Flat back with impressed mark: Clews, warranted Staffordshire. Diameter "9½/ 24 cm. Condition: two chips, one to the underside of rim, as shown in photos.

A pair of blue and white, transfer printed tea bowls, c 1820. The exterior with putti and lions playing, the interior with a stylized leaf and flower border. Height "2¼/ 5,5 cm, diameter "3¼/ 8,5 cm. Condition: minimal nicks to foot rims, one bowl with a nick to upper rim.

A pair of small Doulton Lambeth Silicon jars, the inside salt glazed as to be used for pickles relish or the like, the outside meticulously worked with applied and incised stylized leaves and pearl borders in beige and blue. Impressed mark Doulton Silicon Lambeth and year mark 1883. Height "2¼/ 6 cm, diameter "3½/ 8,5 cm. Condition: fine.
