Chinese egg-shell thin vase, finely painted in Qianlong style and Famille Rose colours with panels depicting a lady with a fan, another with a book towards a turquoise background with scrollwork and Peony, Ruyi and other classical Chinese border motifs. Apocryphal Qianlong mark, stamped in red. Height "6½/ 17 cm. Condition: hairline and two nicks to inside of foot-rim. A large piece has been broken and glued back. In need of professional restoration.
