Here are two Japanese Cloisonne Imperial presentation pieces from the enamel master, Namikawa Sosuke. These vases are two of the most important Cloisonne pieces to be offered anywhere in the world over the last 10-20 years. They are only being sold as a pair. They are large, standing 17 1/2 inches tall. Musen and Cloisonne enamels worked in gold and silver, with shakudo mounts. One vase has several lines that are hard to see in the lower area behind the flying dove. I have shown this in the last two images. The other vase is perfect. These great vases display perfectly and truly belong in a museum.
