Beautiful 18K gold Victorian gypsy ring with three old mine cut diamonds set into carved stars. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1898-1899; makers mark is hard to read. Excellent condition. Ring size 5 1/2.

Fantastic delicate and diminutive 19th century Victorian metal and silk thread knit purse with ornate gilt mount and gold beaded tassel. Excellent condition; one loose tassel loop. Measures 3 1/2” (not including tassel) by 2 1/8”.

A wonderful 1830's ladies' reticule with a little bit of everything! The purse is fashioned of cream satin and decorated with chain stitched floral embroidery, moss green and dusky pink velvet bands , gold metallic lace, spangles, and beads. The best part is a flip down bottom which hides a mirror within. Green silk lining. There is shattering to the cream silk, especially on the sides. 7” by 7”.

Super early 19th century Continental portrait miniature in watercolor on ivory of a woman in an elaborate folk bonnet, possibly from Normandy. In addition to the towering lace bonnet, threaded with blue ribbon, she wears a lace fichu ad stunning, elaborate gold cross. Very good condition; a few dark spots to background on right side. Measures 2 1/2” in diameter.

Wonderful folk art portrait miniature of a baby, in watercolor and pencil on card, dated 1849. What’s amazing about this little picture is that the baby is harnessed into the 19th century version of a Johnny Jump Up. She (her split-leg dress is pink so I’m assuming she’s a girl) hangs from a circular frame and presumably can jump and amuse herself. Red shoes, pink cheeks and dress. Superb Victorian angel skin coral demi parure, featuring cherub heads surrounded by wreaths of flowers. The set comprises a pair of pendant earrings and a brooch which doubles as a pendant. Excellent condition; the blush of pink lends a wonderful tone. Earrings measure just under 2” from hook to tip; brooch/pendant is 1 7/8”.

Lovely Georgian dragee box, circa the early 19th century. These boxes were usually filled with sugared almonds and were often given at weddings. This box features a glass top displaying a white dove holding an envelope with a heart in its beak. It is surrounded by a flower, a heart and what appears to be a flag, all bordered by a circle of flowers. The box is decorated with gilded card around the sides and a marbled card base. Beautiful antique beaded child’s cap with green silk lining, possibly Turkish. The abstract beadwork motifs are bright; the edging is couched in metallic thread. Excellent condition.

Absolutely fabulous 19th century chandelier seed pearl earrings. The top florettes feature drilled mother-of-pearl backs to which the pearls are fastened by horsehair; the balls and chandeliers appear strung with silk. These rare pieces are in very good condition; some of the silk threads are a little loose. Measure 2 1/2”.

This gold Georgian band packs a lot of family history into a very small package! It is both a wedding or engagement ring and a mourning ring. The inscription on the interior reads: “ACD to DBM May 7 1807”. Added later, the inscription continues: “to ACD died Aug 23rd 1838 aged 54”. The outside of the band is engraved “Desier 1897”. Tests strong at 14K. Good condition. Ring size 6.

Unusual micro beaded rug design purse, in a tribal motif. The purse is worked in extremely fine beads, in colors of pink, yellow, green and purple.
