Super early 19th century Continental portrait miniature in watercolor on ivory of a woman in an elaborate folk bonnet, possibly from Normandy. Wonderful folk art portrait miniature of a baby, in watercolor and pencil on card, dated 1849. What’s amazing about this little picture is that the baby is harnessed into the 19th century version of a Johnny Jump Up. Superb Victorian angel skin coral demi parure, featuring cherub heads surrounded by wreaths of flowers. The set comprises a pair of pendant earrings and a brooch which doubles as a pendant. A beautiful Georgian gold navette sepia on ivory memorial ring, depicting a lady and a cherub grieving by a funerary urn on pedestal bearing words 'Sacred will I keep thy dear remains'. Absolutely fabulous 19th century chandelier seed pearl earrings. The top florettes feature drilled mother-of-pearl backs to which the pearls are fastened by horsehair; the balls and chandeliers appear strung with silk. These rare pieces are in very good condition; some of the silk threads are a little loose. Measure 2 1/2”.
