Great 19th century silver and malachite pendant, probably Austro-Hungarian. The large central malachite stone is surrounded by a fanciful figural setting, including a pagoda, dragons and winged female figureheads. A roaring lion’s head is suspended below; there is a scroll bail on top. Very good condition. Measures 2 3/4” by 1 1/8”.

Pretty Victorian lava pin and stud set, set in gilt silver. Each piece features a classical head, probably Hermes. Very good condition. Measure just under 1” by 7/8”.

Pretty Victorian lava cameo brooch, featuring the bust of a classical woman, in gold filled setting. Nice detailing of her hair and robe. Chip to tip of nose. Measures 1 1/4”.

A pair of very cool antique Austro Hungarian silver gilt pendant earrings, featuring garnets or red paste stones and mother-of-pearl. Original screwbacks are marked for Pest. Wear to gilt, and enamel decoration missing from one earring. Measure 2 3/4”.

Beautiful early Victorian paste locket, in 900 silver, with crystal compartment for a memento. Bow shaped surmount; locket back. Very good condition; a few scratches to front; one paste replaced. Marked “900” with a hallmark that looks a bug with pincers or a squid! Measures 1 3/8”.

Pretty antique paste brooch, in the form of a bow. C clasp and two small hooks on reverse, possibly for a watch. Very good condition. Measures 1 1/4” by 3/4”.

Unusual Victorian sentimental paste brooch, in the form of a shield suspended from a florette. The brilliant paste shield surrounds a glass compartment with hair memento. Safety pin reverse. Very good condition; hair has rearranged a bit. Measures 2”.

Superb architectural micro mosaic pendant with goldstone surround, mounted in later sterling setting. Mosaic is in perfect condition; one tiny chip to surround. Marked “MEX.CO (or “MEXiCO!) 925” on reverse. Measures 2”; mosaic size is 7/8”.

Interesting antique ring in silver, 9k rose gold and marcasite, in the form of a flower. A central gold rose is surrounded by 8 marcasites; the shoulders feature applied rose gold leaves. Good condition; one marcasite is cracked. Ring size 5 1/2”.

19th century silver penannular brooch set with a large baroque pearl. This form of jewel dated from the Roman period in Ireland and Scotland. It refers to a brooch in the form of a partially closed ring to which a long pin is attached by its head, an easy fastening for loosely woven cloth. Circle measure 1 3/4”; 2 3/8” with pin.

Antique silver and citrine brooch, shaped like Halley’s comet, C clasp reverse with old safety catch. Very good condition. Measures 3”.

Sweet antique 830 silver pink paste and mother of pearl pendant on a later silver chain. Marked “830” with a monogrammed maker’s mark on the reverse. Good condition; slight imperfection to glass. Measures 1 1/4”.

Delicate antique solje brooch by Marius Hammer of Norway, featuring filigree work set with blue and red enamel flowers . Made of 830 silver with a gold vermeil wash. C clasp reverse; marked “830S” with the Hammer hallmark (an “M” with a hammer through it). Measures 3” by 1 5/8”.

Stunning 18th century silver gilt and emerald pendant earrings , featuring a central bow surmounted and surrounded by florettes, leaves and teardrops. Hinged closures. Wear to gilt and stones, but lovely and wearable. Measure 3 1/4” from hook to tip.

Beautiful, wearable antique silver, paste and blue glass pendant necklace, probably Continental. The necklace is comprised of alternating panels of paste scrolls and oval blue glass sections set with crowned paste flowers. The scrolled central pendant comprises three parts; the top two scrolled and the bottom a blue glass tear drop. Just lovely. Reverse to glass sections and clasp are patterned. Very good condition. Necklace measures 15”; pendant drop is 2 5/8”.

Pretty antique floral pietra dura brooch set in an interesting silver gilt architectural setting. Very good condition; heavy patina. Measures 2 3/8”.
