Date; ca 1930s Medium: Woodblock print Signature; impressed seal “ Rakuzan Saku” and Red seal “A” Publisher; Self-printed, Water mark; Rakuzan Kacho Gafu on the lower margin, Condition; Very fine condition with full margins, embellished with gold but slight mat bed marks on the tip of the margins only (not images). *** Reference: Please see Rackuzan.net website. Rakuzan (1886-1976) was a Kyoto artist. His birth namw was Tsuchiya Kouzou. He originally apprentice with the renowned painter and woodblock print artist Takeuchi Seiho. He is primarily known for his beautiful and refined nature studies.
