Pilgrim's hanten made of gray cotton with Sanscrit letters which are the symbols of the Buddhas. And also "Omine-san" in kanji letters which is located in Nara prefecture. It has been the hallow mountain and the center of the ascetic training, called shugen-do. This hanten has printed images of "En-no-gyosha, a founder of the shugen-do and "Fudo" in the back. In good condition except for light stains. It comes with an original sash. The first half of 20th century. 130cm x 95cm
