Komebukuro, a rice bag made of many kinds of cotton fragments such as katazome (stencil-dyeing), stripes and checks. Some are hand-spun cotton and dyed with natural indigo. It also has indigo dyed asa (hemp) cord. In excellent condition but the check cloth has some wear and tiny holes. Late 19th to mid 20th century. 32cm x 15cm
