Cotton futonji with tsutsugaki design of cha-dogu (tea utensils) for Sencha . Sencha is Chinese style tea and non-powdered green tea. It is hand-spun cotton and dyed with natural indigo. The utensils are: a tea bowl, a tea caddy, a leaf-tea jar, a kettle, a a bamboo whisk, a tea pot, chopsticks for charcoals, a feather fire-making fan, a set of earthen pot and furace, tea saucers, a basket for tea set and so on. In excellent condition. Late 19th to mid 20th century. 126cm x 152cm
