Juban, under kimono made of silk crepe. The body part is indigo-dyed crepe with free-hand drawing with white line, which is called "shiro-age" It is one of the techniques of Yuzen-zome and the line is paste-resist dyeing. It has some embroideries with gold and silk threads. The sleeves are made of silk crepe with shibori (tie-dyeing) and plain. The lining is hand-spun cortton and the hem is thin wool muslin which has many moth holes and breaks and some small moth holes in the body part. The second half of the 19th century. 126cm x 134cm
