Pillow made of cow skin with embossed pattern which is called "Kin-kara-kawa" in Japan. It is thin leather with gold or silver patterns which was introduced from Europe during the Edo period. It is not clear this one is from Europe or made in Japan. Probably 19th century. In good condition but the colors are faded and has some holes. Diameter: 14cm L: 22.5cm
