Sodenashi (vest) or called 'dogi' which is worn between outer kimono and juban in cold season. It has thin cotton lining. It is made of many kinds of silk fragments such as figured, stripes, katazome (stencil-resist-dyeing) and shibori. The red shibori cloth in front is thin wool muslin and has some moth holes. The lining is cotton. Late 19th to early 20th century. In good condition. 33cm x 63cm
