Boy's summer ceremonial kimono made of tate-ro (vertical silk gauze) which is rather rare these days. It is worn in case of omiya-mairi that parents and a baby go to a shrine for praying the baby's healthy and happy growth about a month after the birth. In excellent condition except for a few light stains and dirt in the neck line. The decorative stitches in the top of the belts are charms. The first half of the 20th century. 110cm x 113cm
