Han-juban (short under kimono) made of many silk fragments such as silk crepe with shibori, katazome, itajime shibori (board-clamped), plain. Also plain weave silk with hand-painted pictures. Most of the fragments are vegetable dyes. The lining is red cotton. Generally in excellent condition except for some wear in the front panels which are stripes and green and purple silk crepe parts. 19th century. 130cm x 75cm
