Komebukuro (rice bag) made of fragments which are hand-spun cotton and natural indigo dyed. Some fragments have cha-wata (brown cotton) which has natural light brown color. The cords are made of hemp. Kome-bukuro was used when people dedicated rice to temples or shrines. In good condition but has some mending patches and holes. The second half of the 19th century. 78cm x 45cm
