Omigasuri child's kimono made of asa (hemp). Omi region is located near Kyoto and asa textiles have been woven since ca.12th century there. Wefts are dyed with clamp-board so that white horizontal bars are in the selvedge. Meiji (1868~1912) The white cloth of the belts and inside is hand-spun cotton. In excellent condition. 82xm x 76cm
