A very nice Qingbai plate in the shape of a flower, the center with a very fine carving of a peony. China, Song Dynasty (960-1279). Diameter 14,5 cm. Condition: excellent with normal age wear.
Very nice lobed porcelain Qingbai plate with carved peony decoration. China, Song Dynasty (960-1279). Diameter 16 cm. Condition: glaze is locally crackled due to age, there is age wear to the glaze. No damage or repairs.
Depicting a Tirthankara surrounded by consorts, elephants and figures in seated posture. The shrine is inlaid with copper and silver. A very dine piece from Gujarat. H. 15 cm (6 inch). Provenance: private collection Belgium.
