The pipe made of bamboo, the mouth piece and end piece made of jade, the saddle made brass inlaid with glass. The fine Yixing stoneware pipe bowl with maker's mark. Length: 56,5 cm. Minor chip to the jade end piece. Made in the 2nd half of the 19th or beginning of the 20th century.

These bottles were commissioned by the Dutch who had their trade base on the artificial island of Decima, Nagasaki. Made of porcelain and decorated in transfer technique. 'Japanschzoya'means: Japanese Soy, CPD stands for 'Compradoor Decima' and means: trader at Decima. The same text can be found in the round seal on the back. H. 17,5 cm. Excellent condition.
