In the shape of two dragons chasing the flaming pearl. High grade silver with enamelled details, 11 smaller coral beads, diameter 9 mm. And one large coral bead, diameter 15 mm. The bracelet is 9 cm wide and 7,5 cm tall. The widest inner size is 6,5 cm. China, late 19th/early 20th century.

While most Tang figures were made of red pottery, this one is made of a much finer white pottery. This can be seen in the fine details and facial features of this eunuch. H. 27 cm.Condition: very good, no visible repairs, although repairs on early pottery are quite common and accepted. Minor chips to the bottom of the foot. The figure comes with a custom made black stand. Provenance: Dutch private collection. Collected in the 1990's.

The lock pendant with a very fine de oration of a Taoist saint on a horse, a servant with an umbrella and a pavillion or temple. The backside with characters ood luck, prosperity, protection etc. Necklaces like this were given as protective amulets to babies and women. Ca. 19th to early 20th century. A rare and complete group of an ox and carriage in grey pottery with remains of polychrome. China, Tang Dynasty (618-907). The result of the thermoluminescence test by Kotalla is consistent with the dating of this lot. The report is included in the sale. Dimensions: the carriage H. 32 cm, L. 23 cm, the ox H. 18 cm, L. 23 cm. Condition: very good, no visible repairs, although repairs on early pottery are quite common and accepted. The text on the back of these pendants is usually about protection and good fortune for the wearer. Dimensions: 7 x 5,5 cm, length of the chain 53 cm. Weight 68 gr.
