Octagonal silver tray embossed and engraved with Chinese figures in a garden with pavillions around a pond. On the left there is a phoenix, at the top there is a dragon. The tray measures 32 x 23,5 cm and weighs 823 grams. It is made of high quality silver, according to the acid test that we did. It has a very strong oxidation. Possibly an excavated piece. Mid Qing, 18th to early 19th century. Provenance: collected in Beijing in 1995, since then in my private collection.

A rare and complete group of an ox and carriage in grey pottery with remains of polychrome. China, Tang Dynasty (618-907). The result of the thermoluminescence test by Kotalla is consistent with the dating of this lot. The report is included in the sale. Dimensions: the carriage H. 32 cm, L. 23 cm, the ox H. 18 cm, L. 23 cm. Condition: very good, no visible repairs, although repairs on early pottery are quite common and accepted.
