Rare group of 10 Indo-Portuguese silver crowns, finely chiseled and engraved. These crowns once adorned the heads of colonial wooden saints in the churches and monasteries of Goa. The largest crown 4,5 x 4 cm the smallest croen 3 x 2 cm. Two crowns are inlaid. I did not check the stones; they could be rough rubies and sapphires, very common in India.
Condition:
One crown is missing a stone. Otherwise in good condition with appropriate age wear...

A rare and early Mughal powder horn. Gujarat, India, 18th century. Made of Turbo shell and inlaid with mother of pearl. It has a copper lid, that was probably and a brass ring, connected by a silver chain. Condition: overall good, some pieces of mother of pearl may have been replaced.
Provenance: Belgian private collection.
Similar powder horns/flasks were sold at major auction houses.

A rectangular repoussé box, decorated with peony, floral sprays and Buddhist symbols. The sides decorated with meanders, the back with floral motives and a ‘Shou’ character, symbolizing longevity. Both sides of the box have gilded details. Dimensions: 10 x 8,5 x 4,5 cm. Weight: 242 g. The box is in very good condition and has normal age wear. Date: 19th to early 20th century.

Rare and large bronze shrine. The central figure is a Jina or Tirthankara. He is surrounded by small Jina's on the back plate.
Each of the 24 Tirthankaras is represented by an animal or a symbol. There is an engraved animal on the foot of this shrine, but it is hard to distinguish which animal it is. The shrine is in an excellent condition, all three parts belong together, there are no repairs. It has a clean appearance due to the daily worshipping and washing tradition in Jainism...
