Delft faience charger with the famous peacock pattern. Marked: De Klaauw.(The claw). Made in the 2nd half of the 18th century. Diameter: 29,5 cm. Very good condition with minor glaze wear to the rim, normal on faience. Marked with the claw mark and the initials L.S. For Lambertus Sanderus who owned the factory from 1763 until 1806.
