An original 1941 move poster in the "insert" size, 37 1/2" by 15 1/2" as framed, the movie being "Trail of the Silver Spur", presented by Monogram Pictures Corp., produced by George W. Weeks, Directed by Roy Luby. Actors portrayed are Ray "Crash" Corrigan, John "Dusty" King, and Max "Alibi" Terhune. This is NOT a modern reproduction. The old poster shows its age with three areas of horizontal creases, as shown in images; at top there are margin browning stains and at top right a tear where the surrounding area has browned after tape was placed over it; and there are other signs of general wear, such as small wear creases. The margin issues could be completely cured with a mat. Creases are not noticeable at normal viewing distance. Despite its authentic condition issues, the poster retains a lot of vintage, old Western, old-cowboy-movie power.
