An original (not a recent reprint), vintage, circa 1968 poster titled "Gardone Riviera/Lago di Garda--Italia", issued by the local tourism authority to promote this beautiful region. The piece measures 28" by 19 1/4" in narrow strip period framing. The color photo exudes a mellow vintage mid 20th century feeling, and the picturesque wood-hulled boats are charming. Condition: there is considerable crinkling/wrinkling of the paper, especially visible in the sky and in the lower portion where the lettering is. Consider that it merely adds to the truly vintage mid century appeal.
