A group of five smaller native American paleolithic tools on flakes from the Suwanee River basin, northern Florida. All five are flake tools, chert, in excellent condition with dry patinas and traces of organic materials. Heights between 1 3/8" and 1 7/8". Legal finds, ex. Michael Cottingham collection. This is an interesting group of small, finely crafted multi-tools on flakes. All have scraper or blade edges, and some form of burin tip. Date to approx. 8000-5000 BCE.
