A rare relief molded lacquered alms tripod stand with three mythical nagas. Nagas represent the dragon in Burma Age: Late 19th century. Size: W. 23cm. H. 12.5cm. Condition: No repairs.

Early 20th century large "Yun" lacquered betel box with incised design of royal scenes and dancing girls. The box is divided into four pieces. The bottom part for betel leaves and the top part for lime, areca nuts, clove and other ingredients. Size:H. 22cm Diameter: 23cm. Condition: No repairs, an old small chip on upper rim and some minor age cracks on the two bottoms.

A very rare and well made Temple carpet from Tibet with an Imperial dragon with five claws chasing the elusive pearl. This carpet was made to wrap around the column in the temple and the two ends meet. Size: L.222 cm. W. 122 cm. (7 feet X 4 feet). Condition: No repairs.

A healthy, plump, round & gentle-faced, "Kintaro" doll holding a lively carp (also considered a symbol of strength and good luck). In folklore, Kintaro grows up to become a famous warrior. The front has carvings of two fish (representing the beginning of life)and flower design. The back has a center tree design. There is a silver woven chain attached to the top for carrying. The stems of these flowering plants emanate from the abstract mountains at the 4 corners of the central frame. The floral center is framed in a large blue & white keyfret pattern that features 4 large pairs of abstract colorful flowers within the frame.
