This crystal vase was produced in Bohemia by Moser in the 1880s. It is 12 inches long and 9 inches high. The glass has a lead content and rings when tapped. It is hand blown and has applied glass features. It is formed in the shape of a cornucopia. The glass is dark, sea green. The entire body of the vase is covered with intricate enameled decoration. The flowers and ornamental swags in vivid raised enamels are completely done by hand. The vase is accented with profuse gilding. This is an extraordinary piece. Condition: Excellent. There is some slight rubbing to the gilding.

This porcelain casket was produced in Italy in the late 19th century by Capodimonte. It measures 11 1/2 inches long, 7 inches wide and 4 1/4 inches high. It has a gilt metal frame with hinges and a latch to close it. The porcelain is molded with high relief scenes and ornamentation. Greek gods, nude figures, cherubs and animals cover the surface. It even has dolphins. They are done in bright, colorful enamels. The casket is profusely gilded. It is in excellent condition.

This pair of bronze candlesticks was produced in France in the late 19th century. They measure 6 3/4 inches high and the base has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches. There are 3 areas on the candlesticks that have the champlevé enamel decorations, the cup that holds the candle, the bobeche and the base. The enamel decoration is elaborate and very colorful. There are girl and boy cherub figures creating the shaft of both pieces. They are in excellent, antique condition.

This porcelain tea bowl and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen. The mark dates from the period around 1750. The crossed swords mark is under glaze and is first quality. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/4 inches and is 1 1/2 inches deep. The cup is 2 3/4 inches high. It does not have a handle. The shape of the set is in the form of a lotus blossom. There are finely hand painted sprays and sprigs of flowers scattered across each piece. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: It is in very good, un-restored condition. There is some light wear to painted decoration in the saucer. There is slight rubbing to the gilded trim on the rims. The foot rings are slightly rough. These are commensurate with the age of this item.

This porcelain box was produced in England by Royal Crown Derby in 1906. The marks on the bottom identify this date. The box measures 2 3/8 inches wide, 2 1/4 inches long and 1 1/4 inches deep. The porcelain is pure, white, bone china. The box is heart shaped with a little puffiness to the lid. The bottom half has a gadrooned edge around it. The box is decorated in the Imari pattern with tradition colors of cobalt blue, iron red, green and gold. It is done with very fine detail and is a charming little piece. Condition: Excellent

This flint glass pitcher was produced in the United Stated at the Boston Sandwich glass factory in the late 19th century. It measures 5 1/2 inches high. It is cranberry opalescent hobnail with a clam broth attached handle. There is a rosette connecting the handle and a wide polished pontil on the bottom. The pitcher rings like a bell when tapped. The pitcher has a sensuous quality about it. The glass feels slick and smooth until you come to the hobnails that increase in size from top to bottom. Light coming through it makes the hobnails radiate like pools of oil. This is a rare and wonderful piece of American glass. The colors are sensational. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain plate was produced in the U.S.A. by Lenox between 1894 and 1906. The plate has a diameter of 9 inches. It was commissioned for the retailer Bailey, Banks & Biddle of Philadelphia. The plate is artist signed W.H. Mosley who was a prominent painter at Lenox. The plate has a soft cream colored ground. The center is hand painted in subtle colors in a rather “Impressionistic” manner. The birds are identified as “Snipe” found in marsh lands. They are painted in fine detail. The rim of the plate is trimmed with heavy embossed gold. The foot ring on the back is also gilded showing that this was no ordinary plate. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1942. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/8 inches and the cup is 1 3/4 inches high. The blank is named “Maria.” The cup has a pedestal base and the rim of the saucer has embossed decoration around the rim. The cup has a gilded interior. There is a bold geometric pattern in gold and orange that repeats itself around the cup and saucer. The handle and rims are trimmed with gold. CONDITION: Excellent

This crystal goblet was produced in Bohemia by an unknown company. We believe it was made sometime in the early 20th century. The goblet is 9 3/4 inches high and the diameter is 3 1/2 inches. The decoration is beautifully hand enameled, depicting brightly colored parrots on both sides of the glass. There are also flowers and gilded leaves. CONDITION: There is a bit of wear to the gilded stems of the flowers.

This porcelain jewel casket was produced in France in the mid-19th century. The style is very similar to porcelain from the Sevres factory. It is unmarked therefore we cannot specifically identify the maker. There are artist’s initials in the painting. It measures 7 inches long, 4 1/4 inches high and 4 inches wide. The porcelain has molded decorations in the rococo style. The sides are blown out and puffy and the casket sits on four feet. The ground color of the casket is cobalt blue. There are three reserves framed in ornate raised gold. The top is a formal garden with lovers by a lake. The other scenes are landscapes. There are two sides that are cobalt blue with gilded trophies. The interior has the remnants of silk lining. The box has gilt bronze mounts and latch. This is a jewel of a casket. Condition: Excellent

This set of porcelain luncheon plates was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1901. There are date ciphers that indicate this date. The plates were made for the retailer Cowell & Hubbard of Cleveland. The plates measure 8 inches square. They have wide ruby red borders with an adjoining 1 3/4 inch area of ivory colored ground. These two areas are overlaid with elaborate raised gold decorations. In the center of each plate is a reserve that is 3 inches in diameter containing realistic floral bouquets. They are hand painted in vivid colors. All of these reserves are different and all are signed by the artist S. Stanley. The rims of each plate are trimmed with heavy gold. This set is spectacular for display. Condition: Excellent

This pair of crystal candle holders was produced in the early 20th century. We believe that they were made by an American glass company such as Libbey, Sinclaire or Pairpoint. There is no signature and the pattern does not lend itself to identification. They are 11 3/4 inches high and the diameter of the base is 4 1/4 inches. They are hand blown with a wide polished pontil on the base. The shape is elegant with six panels to the shaft. The engraved decoration reflects through the sides of the panels. There is an art nouveau feel to the stylized berries and foliage that ramble around the crystal. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain vase was produced in England by Copeland in the mid-19th century. It has the name Copeland impressed in the porcelain. The vase is 9 1/2 inches high. The porcelain is fine, white bone china with a high gloss glaze. The vase is trumpet shaped with high relief decoration of trees and branches. There are three dolphins supporting the vase in the center. It is all supported on a triangular base of three feet. The rim of the vase and the base are accented with red enamel and gold. The beauty of this vase is its simplicity and form. Condition: Excellent

This crystal cordial glass was produced in Bohemia in the late 19th century. There are no marks to identify the maker. The glass is 9 1/4 Inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 1/4 inches. The crystal is hand blown. The stem has an elongated air twist stem. There is hand painted enamel decoration on the top. It is accented with blue beading and gold trim. Condition: Excellent

This crystal decanter was produced in the United States in the late 19th century. It is not marked, therefore we are unable to precisely identify the manufacturer. It is evident in the fine quality that it was produced by a respected company. The decanter is 8 1/2 inches high. The diameter of the base is 4 1/4 inches. The decanter has an interesting shape in that it bulges out and pulls in below the handle. The cutting is very fine with intricate designs. It has a hollow stopper and the handle is also cut. Condition: Excellent

This perfume bottle with stopper was produced in Hungary by Herend in 1976. It has a commemorative mark for the 150th year of the company’s existence. The bottle is 7 1/2 inches tall with the stopper. There are two amazing features of this bottle. One is the double walled reticulated porcelain it is made of. Second is the amazing stopper with 5 inch dauber. The front of the bottle has a reserve of Rothchild birds in a tree. The rest of the bottle is entirely covered by the swirling flowers and leaves hand painted around the pierced decoration. There are a few scattered bugs and a little rose finial on the top. This is a confection of porcelain to delight any lady. Condition: Excellent
