This glass demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Bohemia by Moser in the 1880s. The saucer is 4” in diameter and the is cup 1 ½” high. The cobalt blue glass is hand blown and has a leaded content so that it rings. It is decorated with hand painted raised enamel in pastel colors on a gilded ground. Condition Excellent

This porcelain basket was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. It is marked with an under glaze cobalt blue crown and shield. The basket measures 9 1/4 inches across the handles, 6 1/2 inches wide and is 2 3/4 inches deep. It features entwined handles and delicate reticulation. The interior of the basket is beautifully hand painted with colorful flowers. All of the reticulation is outlined in gold inside and out. It is a sweet and fragile reminder of by-gone eras.

This pair of porcelain bottles with stoppers was produced in Germany by Lamm Dresden in the late 19th century. They are 5 inches high, including the stoppers. The porcelain bodies have flowers and scallops molded into them. They are hand painted with buttercup flowers and foliage. There is a blue butterfly on each bottle. The molded decorations are accented with gold. It is wonderful to find a matched pair after so many generations. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in the United States by Ott & Brewer Belleek in 1883. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The porcelain is egg shell thin and highly translucent. The porcelain is molded with a shell like texture. The edges are scalloped. The finish on the set has an iridescent sheen almost like pearls. It is professionally decorated from the factory with lovely hand painted flowers, gilded leaves and branches. There is just a trace of wear to the gilding on the saucer. This rare tea cup and saucer is in otherwise excellent condition.

This covered jar was produced in Germany by Wolfsohn Dresden before 1890. It has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches and is 2 3/4 inches high. The jar is ornately painted in Meissen or Vienna style. There is a scene with a horse and rider hand painted on the lid, which is rather unusual subject matter for Dresden painting. This reserve is surrounded with intricate gilding. The sides of the jar have panels of rose colored fish scale painting alternating with fancy gilded panels. There are also swags of flowers surrounding both pieces. The decorations all match up from top to bottom. This jar is a work of art. It is in excellent condition.

This porcelain ink well with tray was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. There is an impressed Nymphenburg shield mark on the bottom of the tray. The tray measures 8 3/4 inches long and 6 3/4 inches wide. The ink wells are attached to the tray but have separate lids and inserts. The tray is hand painted with vividly colored flowers and little sprigs. This decoration is also used on the lids and ink wells. There are several areas with gilded accents and there is gold trim on the rims. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by a Paris decorator around 1870 or earlier. The saucer has a diameter of 5 ½ inches and the cup is 1 ¾ inches high. The ground color of this set is deep cobalt blue. The cup has a reserve on the front with a Watteau scene of lovers in a garden. There are two scenes of landscapes on the saucer. Ornate gilded cartouches frame these scenes. It is very similar to work done at the Sevres factory and even the handle is the same style. CONDITION; Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory or KPM in 1918. The saucer has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high, not counting the handle. The shape of the cup is classic, with a handle that sweeps up over the rim. The set is decorated with ornate gilding. There is a wreath of gold on the front of the cup containing hand painted roses. The rims are trimmed with periwinkle blue and rich gilding. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in France by Jean Pouyat Limoges in the 1890s. The porcelain was produced and decorated at the factory. The saucer is 4 7/8 inches in diameter. The cup is 3 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. The ground color is powder blue. Art Nouveau style dandelions are hand painted and hand gilded on each piece. It is richly gilded on the rims and handle. Having been acquainted with Haviland Feu de Four pieces, it is likely that this particular cup and saucer was created with that process after examining the decoration carefully. It does not say that specifically, doing so might have broken patent regulations with Haviland. However, there is gilded writing in French, “Paint et Dore` a la Main,” hand painted and hand gilded. There are two other markings plus painted letters and numbers. This is an above average item produced by Pouyat of rare beauty. Condition: Excellent, without defects of any kind.

This glass vase was produced in Bohemia 1870-1880 by Harrach. The vase is 8 inches high and the widest point has a diameter of 4 inches. The glass has a layer of pink glass over white opaline glass. It has three applied ball feet. It is hand enameled with a bird on a branch surrounded by flowers. The enameling is beautifully detailed with vibrant colors. There is a sprig of flowers on the back on the vase. The rim is trimmed with gilding that has black enamel accents. The feet are trimmed with gold. Condition: The gilding on the rim and feet has minor wear that is not distracting from the beauty of the vase.

This porcelain oyster plate was produced in France by Charles Ahrenfeldt Limoges in the 1890s. It measures 9 inches in diameter. It has 6 wells and a salt compartment in the center. The plate is decorated with factory transfer designs that are colored by hand. There is an assortment of sea creatures accented with flowers. The border and shell compartments are highlighted with brushed-on gilding. Condition: Excellent

These 10 porcelain berry dishes or bowls were produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges between 1876 and 1886. There is a double mark indicating this period. The dishes are 4 5/8 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep. The set is decorated in a Japanese inspired transfer print that is hand colored. There are delicate sprays of pastel colored flowers. These are accented by butterflies and Japanese gold and silver balls. The rims are trimmed with an apricot colored border. These would be wonderful for serving raspberries. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea cup, saucer and dessert plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1898. The date cipher indicates this year. The plate is 6 3/4 inches in diameter. The saucer is 5 3/8 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 3/8 inches. The set is made of fine, white bone china that is highly translucent. The ground color is blush, shading from light peach to beige. The hand enameled decoration of chrysanthemums and foliage is done in high relief and enamel coloring. The chrysanthemum blooms are nearly encrusted. It is amazing to run your fingers across them, feeling the petals. The edges of each piece are raised scrolls painted light olive green. These scrolls are highlighted with gold. This pattern was a very successful combination of texture, colors and design. It would be a prized possession for any collector. Condition: There is slight crazing on the cup only seen with magnification.

This porcelain box was produced in Germany by Meissen in the late 19th century. It has first quality crossed swords on the bottom. The box measures 4 1/2” long, 3” wide and 2 1/2” deep, The lid had a finely hand painted bull finch bir perched in a blue berry branch. The coloring is vibrant and the style realistic. Little flying insects dot the bottom half of the box. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: Very slight wear to gilding on edge. There are no other defects.

This porcelain dish was produced in England around 1825. There is a hand painted pattern number 1079 on the back with no other markings. It measures 9 1/2 inches across the handles, 8 1/2 inches wide and 1 inch deep. It has molded handles and is slightly concave in the middle. The ground color is a deep cobalt blue. The hand painting is quite elaborate with floral cartouches in the corners, a wonderful basket of flowers in the center, and elaborate gilded embellishments. It is apparent that this dish came from an esteemed manufacturer. Condition: But for some minor wear to gilding in two areas on the edge, it is in excellent condition.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Spode Copeland in the late 19th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The set is made of fine, white bone china. The decoration on this set is so elegant. It has red and green enamel jewels along with raised gold beading and decorations. The rims and handle are trimmed with bright, shiny gold. It has the appearance of jewelry. Condition: Excellent

This crystal cordial glass was produced in Bohemia in the late 19th century. There are no marks to identify the maker. The glass is 9 1/4 Inches high and the diameter of the opening is 2 1/4 inches. The crystal is hand blown. The stem has an elongated air twist stem. There is hand painted enamel decoration on the top. It is accented with blue beading and gold trim. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain fruit bowl was produced in France by Tressemann & Vogt Limoges in the early 20th century. The porcelain bowl was sold white ware to a studio artist to decorate. It measures 9 1/2 inches in diameter and is 4 1/4 inches high. The rim of the bowl has a slightly scalloped rim with little crimps punctuating it. The quality of the painting on this bowl is very professional with fine technique. There are realistic black raspberries and blossoms on the outside of the bowl. Inside, the color is done on a rosy shaded ground, like a sunset, giving the berries a monochrome appearance. It’s like night and day from the inside of the bowl to the outside. Condition: Some of the high points on the gilded rim have tiny spots of wear. It is otherwise in excellent condition.
