This porcelain ink well with tray was produced in Germany by Nymphenburg in the late 19th century. There is an impressed Nymphenburg shield mark on the bottom of the tray. The tray measures 8 3/4 inches long and 6 3/4 inches wide. The ink wells are attached to the tray but have separate lids and inserts. The tray is hand painted with vividly colored flowers and little sprigs. This decoration is also used on the lids and ink wells. There are several areas with gilded accents and there is gold trim on the rims. Condition: Excellent

These 6 porcelain demitasse cups and saucers were produced in France in the 1890s. They have a spurious Sevres mark but were most likely decorated by a Paris porcelain firm. The saucers have a diameter of 3 3/4 inches and the cups are 2 inches high. The cups have a puffy, blown-out shape. The set is decorated with an elaborate raised gold pattern in two color gold. The interiors of the cups are coated with gold. The rims and handles are gilded. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain loving cup was produced in the Unites States by Ceramic Art Studio, later known as Lenox, between 1889 and 1906. There is an artist’s signature within the design. The cup is 8 1/2 inches high and the diameter of the opening is 5 inches. It has 3 handles and has molded designs on the foot and around the bottom of the cup. There are roses of various colors painted around the body of the cup. The ground color blends from green to plum. The interior of the cup has shades of salmon with just a suggestion of roses around the rim. The rim is trimmed with gold. This is a very unusual piece of very fine quality. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain egg cup was produced in Germany by Meissen between 1890 and 1910. It is 2 5/8 inches high and the opening has a diameter of 1 3/4 inches. It is made of the finest hard paste porcelain ever produced. It is expertly hand painted with a lovely spray of vividly colored flowers. There are tiny sprigs and little buds toward the back of the cup. The rim and foot are trimmed with gold. This is a beauty you would be proud to own. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by Donath Dresden in the 1890s. It measures 10 1/2 inches long, 7 inches high and 6 inches wide. There are reticulated borders around the edge of the bowl and around the edge of the foot. It is elaborately decorated with brilliantly colored sprays of hand painted flowers. The inside of the bowl is decorated as well. The reticulated borders are outlined with fancy gilding. The rims are trimmed with gold. This oblong shape is quite unusual for a Dresden bowl. It would be wonderful as a centerpiece on your dining table. Condition: There is an ever so slight trace of wear to the gilding on the rim of the bowl. It is hardly noticeable with all of the decoration around it. The condition is very good.

This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer in the 1890s. The bowl is 13 inches from handle to handle, 6 inches high and 8 inches wide. The porcelain is of the highest quality and is very substantial in weight. The footed bowl has a classic style using only gold trim on the white, reticulated porcelain for decoration. It is simple and very tasteful, suitable for almost any décor. Condition: Excellent

This pair of porcelain plates was produced in England by Royal Doulton in 1938. They measure 10 1/2 inches in diameter. They are made of fine bone china that is ivory in color. The entire front surface of the plate is decorated. They have elaborate gold borders with cartouches containing urns. The centers are hand painted with scenes of Italian landscapes and water views. They were painted by the renowned artist, P. Curnock. He used color beautifully in the skies and mountains. His perspective shows the distance and depth of the particular area. One plate is titled “Varenna. Lago di Como” and the other is “Oria, Lago di Lugano.” They are wonderful works of art on porcelain that you would enjoy for generations. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1860s. It is first quality and has the under-glaze crossed swords marking. The plate has a diameter of 10 inches and is 1 1/2 inches deep. It has an elaborate reticulated border that extends 1 1/2 inches into the plate. The center of the plate has a cobalt blue ground. There is a reserve hand painted with peasant women and a sheep in a detailed landscape. The reserve is framed by an ornate gilded cartouche. There are tiny raised rosettes that are colored blue or gold within the reticulated design. There are areas of elaborate gilding and the back of the plate is gilded as well. This plate exemplifies the exquisite artistry and workmanship the Meissen name represents. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by Meissen in the late 19th century. It measures 7 1/2 inches in diameter and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The fine quality porcelain is colored cobalt blue. There are 3 cartouches containing sprays of vibrantly colored flowers. They are framed with elaborate gilding. You can see delightful bugs and butterflies fluttering amongst the flowers. The border of the plate has the most elaborate hand gilding. There is a gilded medallion in the center of the plate. Just think how much time and artistic ability went into the making of this one plate. Nothing can compare to it today. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain figurine was produced in Thuringia,Germany by the Brothers Heubach in the 1880s. It has an impressed and a printed mark. The kitten is 7 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is well modeled giving the figurine lots of kitty details. The best part is that sweet little kitten face. All of the detail is hand painted right down to her little claws. You will find this kitten to be lovable. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain basket was produced in Tettau, Bavaria by Royal Bayreuth in the 1890s. It measures 5 1/4 inches high and 3 3/4 inches wide. The exterior of the basket has a molded tapestry texture. It is decorated with a transfer design of roses in various colors. The handle and base are reticulated. A “pearl-like” finish is used in these areas. R.S. Prussia used similar finishes on their wares. There are gold trim and gilded accents on the handle and rims. Condition: Excellent. To be precise, there is a slight firing crack inside the basket that does not go through to the other side.

The porcelain has a molded basket weave pattern. The lid has an applied handle and flowers. The bowl is expertly hand painted with vibrantly colored sprays of realistic flowers. There are buds and sprigs scattered around the porcelain. The rims and handles are accented with gold. Condition: Excellent

These 10 porcelain plates were produced in Lorraine, France by Niderviller between 1780 and 1800 under the patronage of Count Custine. They measure 9 1/2 inches in diameter. They have 6 lobes around the rim. They are made of hard paste translucent porcelain. They are decorated in the style that Sevres used. The decoration is beautifully hand painted with clusters of realistic flowers in vibrant colors. There are sprigs and buds scattered around each piece. The rims are trimmed with gold. This set is very rare and hard to find. Condition: There are several manufacturing flaws that are hidden by the little hand painted sprigs. There is some over-painting and restoration to chips on the rims of some of the plates. The gilding on the rims varies from very good to worn. They have minor surface wear from stacking.
